Do you know the early symptoms of a heart attack? In this important campaign, we helped the NHS show them in a startling visual way. A pair of clutching hands, performed in camera with a mime artist and integrated by our London 2D team, embody the tightness, discomfort, and unease that can be early indicators of a heart attack.

The campaign, directed by Barney Cokeliss, was developed by agency M&C Saatchi for the English National Health System to educate people about these symptoms and urge them to call earlier for assistance.
